Compared to the -7 degrees last year, it was a barmy +5 at the start of play this year. There was a short shower as games started, and a lovely rainbow, but most games were played in the dry. There were initially 21 players but Steve Love had to withdraw after two rounds to man the bar! The first 2 rounds were 35 minutes each then, after a short break for tea and coffee, there were two more 30 minute rounds. At the end four players had won all four games.
