An unseasonably mild December day saw 24 players taking part in the annual Christmas Curry Cup. We appeared to have a new member when ‘Rachel’ turned-up for a bacon roll and coffee but she mysteriously disappeared after the Christmas jumper photo had been taken! After four 25 minute rounds there were 3 players who had won all their games. In a very close finish Callum took home the Cook’s Christmas Cup just ahead of Lee and Karen. This was presented by Alan after the meal at the Purbani. The Cobbett’s Curry Cup for the best new player was awarded to Rod.
